Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy is often the last resort option for those in dire financial circumstances. Many in our area or a family member have had an expensive illness and medical insurance was non-existent or woefully inadequate. Whatever the reason, you need to seek help immediately. Do not ignore your situation and hope for better days. My office will assist you in saving your property from foreclosure or repossession. Even if you have filed for bankruptcy in the past, you still may be eligible to seek relief under Chapter 13 of the bankruptcy code.
